Upgrade Workshop

This workshop is essential for all TrendCare sites receiving a scheduled software upgrade and should be conducted just prior to the upgrade being applied to the live TrendCare system.

Workshop Description

This workshop will provide attendees with a comprehensive description of all new features, functions, enhancements and fixes included in the TrendCare upgrade. Where possible these will be demonstrated at the workshop.

Learning Outcomes

  • An understanding of all new features, functions and enhancements included in the upgrade.

  • An understanding of the fixes included in the upgrade, and how these fixes will impact on retrospective data

  • An ability to identify how the upgrade changes will impact their organisation.

Workshop Delivery Methods

This workshop can be delivered remotely, or on site and can incorporate refresher training for specific functions in the system, if required.
