  • What range of products does the TrendCare software solution offer?

  • Does the TrendCare Roster System have a leave planner?

    Yes – The TrendCare leave planner enables managers to add in approved leave for years in advance. This leave will then populate a roster automatically each time a new roster is developed. The type of approved leave can be identified in the leave planner. Public holidays can be added to display on the planner. School holidays periods can be highlighted in the planner, if required.

  • How does TrendCare identify how many nurses/midwives a ward needs to give patient care?

    TrendCare utilises various factors and algorithms to assess the needs of patients on each ward, considering patient acuity, workloads, mandated ratios, and other relevant parameters. This comprehensive approach ensures optimal nurse/midwife allocation for effective patient care.

  • Can you assign nursing/midwifery workloads to teams of nurses/midwives in TrendCare?

  • Does TrendCare have an Allied Health handover?

    Yes, TrendCare provides an Allied Health handover feature to facilitate seamless communication and information transfer between Allied Health professionals.

  • What ward reporting does TrendCare have to help with FTE calculations?

    TrendCare provides robust ward reporting functionalities specifically tailored to aid in Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) calculations. These features include detailed insights into patient acuity measures, staffing level requirements, peaks and troughs in workloads, and other essential metrics necessary for accurate FTE calculations.

  • Who can help me change my password?

    During business hours you should contact your TrendCare Coordinator or your IT help desk depending on your hospital protocol. After hours it maybe your after-hours hospital manager or IT help desk, depending on your organisations’ protocol. Trend Care consultants and Trend Care admin staff are unable to assist with password resets as they do not have access to your system.

  • Our organisation requires training. How can we schedule a workshop?

    Booking a workshop with Trend Care Systems is easy. Simply contact our customer support team via the Trend Care Customer Support Portal to express your interest. We offer customisable training programs tailored to your organisation's needs. Once we understand your requirements, we'll work with you to schedule the workshop at a convenient time, either onsite or virtually. After confirming the booking, our experienced trainers will deliver the workshop, providing valuable insights and hands-on learning. We also offer follow-up support to ensure continued success with the TrendCare solution.

  • How can our organisation participate in Trend Cares’ research timing studies?

    Organisations using the Trend Care acuity function who have completed inter-rater reliability testing, can request to participate in timing studies. When acuity research studies related to acuity are planned, all relevant user sites are invited to participate.

  • How often does TrendCare Systems release upgrades to the TrendCare product?

    TrendCare Systems regularly releases upgrades to the TrendCare product to ensure its continual improvement and optimisation. The frequency of these upgrades may vary but is typically aimed at providing users with the latest features, enhancements, and bug fixes to enhance their experience and keep the system up to date with industry standards.

  • How can I access the TrendCare Customer Support Portal?
