Customer Content Data: personal information contained in documents, messages, comments, text and images that the customer has transmitted to Trend Care Systems.
Support Data: comments, feedback and information that the customer has submitted when using the Trend Care Systems customer support services.
Marketing Data: This category encompasses customer preferences regarding receiving or declining marketing communications from Trend Care Systems. It comprises testimonials, references, photos, and de-identified product demonstration data voluntarily provided by customers, with their explicit consent for utilisation by Trend Care Systems.
Access and Communication Credentials: Usernames, passwords, passphrases, secrets, links, and keys provided by the customer to Trend Care for remote access to their TrendCare implementation (UAT and/or Live) and for communication and collaboration purposes, including Teams Meeting Links, passwords, and document links.
Research Data: Confidential hospital data utilised for benchmarking and timing studies, with all personal identification information anonymised prior to transmission to Trend Care.
