This solution aims to:

• Provide comprehensive, up-to-date information to enable effective clinical handovers for nursing, allied health and medical staff.

Reports Generated

A variety of patient lists and customised clinical handover views and reports are available.

These include:

• customisable clinical handovers for nursing / midwifery staff with notes specific to individual patients, which can be entered on a shift only or ongoing basis by nursing / midwifery staff and retained permanently for audit purposes

• clinical handover reports for medical staff highlighting patient situations, associated background information and actions (all actions on this report are listed in order of priority)

• a range of patient handover sheets and lists are available for allied health and other services

All handover reports are automatically updated in real time via HL7 messaging when patient details are changed in the patient management system.

All TrendCare reports and graphs can be saved as PDF, CSV or text format, for example, for transfer into a spreadsheet.
