Annual Refresher Workshop

This workshop is recommended for all sites annually to improve staff understanding of, and engagement with, the TrendCare system.  It is ideal for improving knowledge and understanding of the system for users at all levels.  Any user concerns can be discussed and addressed at this workshop.

Workshop Description

All major functions relevant to a site are demonstrated and explained in this workshop.  There is a focus of achieving complete and accurate data, embedding best practice in data entry processes and facilitating the use of data to improve service delivery.

Learning Outcomes

• Improved ability to verify the integrity of data used by the organisation to improve service delivery and maintain efficiency.

• Enhanced understanding of the objectives and importance of maintaining data entry compliance processes.

• Increased user confidence and competence in the scope of TrendCare functions used within the organisation.

• Improved understanding of the key work management, bed management, efficiency, clinical, patient and staff reports relevant to the TrendCare functions used by the organisation.

• Enhanced ability to identify when to re-engineer roster patterns, redesign skill mix work and reallocate work to improve service delivery and efficiency.
