This workshop is the next step in the progression of TrendCare’s foundational workshops (Implementation, IRR and Reports Interpretation).
Workshop Description
This one-day workshop enables attendees to use the organisation’s data to evaluate efficiency, minimise under and over resourcing and to identify when there is a need to re-engineer roster patterns, redesign skill mix work and reallocate work.
